Ampersea offers a variety of dining options to suit the needs of any style of event. Whether you’re looking for a traditional seated dinner or a something a little less formal to get your guests moving and mingling, Ampersea can provide the food, service, and atmosphere to make your event a smashing success!

Cocktail
A trendy and increasingly popular option for weddings, and company parties alike; cocktail style dining offers you and your guests more freedom. Your event space will be set with some seating as well as high top tables to keep the space open for your guests to move, dance, and talk to one another while enjoying a bounty of delicious dining options. We recommend choosing from our hors d’oeuvre and action station menus as cocktail style dining requires a smaller plate. Your catering director will ensure there are plenty of options to make sure your guests leave full and happy.

Buffet
An enticing option for those who prefer to offer more variety to their guests. Buffet style dining offers a traditional seated dining experience with the freedom to choose which items they prefer from the buffet. Our buffet options include soup or salad, two main courses, two sides and dessert. Our staff is happy to welcome each table to the buffet one by one in order to keep the night flowing smoothly.

Plated
If you prefer a more formal setting, plated dining is the option for you, and Ampersea offers two ways to wow your guests. Choose the classic three course plated dinner with a personalized menu of your choice soup or salad, up to three main course options with two sides, and dessert. Or, try something a little different with family style dining. Start with your choice of soup or salad, then choose one protein or a duet which will be plated and served to your guests while your two side choices are served on platters and placed on the tables for your guests to choose from. It’s a great way to get your guests talking to one another…pass the potatoes, please!
